As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and operating wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave telecommunications equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain telecommunications equipment and systems, including wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave systems.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best course of action for installation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on telecommunications equipment and systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and systems.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • 8 years of experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions per prints.
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to climb towers, lift 50 lbs, and work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company policy conditions.
  • Ability to travel extensively for job-related functions.
