Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of shipping and receiving experience and three years of related manufacturing experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as EHS policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and activity instructions.
