Job Responsibilities
As a Lead Solutions Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our clients to tailor software solutions for their needs in both pre-production and production settings. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Executing intricate system configurations and providing necessary testing support while ensuring adherence to configuration management and change control protocols.
  • Collecting and documenting business requirements based on client needs and existing system capabilities.
  • Facilitating design sessions to identify interdependencies and the implications of design decisions, utilizing best practices.
  • Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to Application Analysts and Consultants.
  • Identifying, addressing, and communicating solution statuses, risks, and issues to both clients and leadership, while analyzing data to assess configuration readiness.
  • Building strong client relationships and effectively navigating conflicts and complex interpersonal situations to meet business goals.
  • Recognizing and implementing opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for best practices in methodology.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare information technology implementation, including troubleshooting data and software applications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in process improvement.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project execution.
  • Familiarity with reporting solutions such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, and SSIS.

Preferred:
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C#, and Visual Basic.
  • Experience with EHR solutions.
  • Experience within relevant client industries, including clinical, human services, long-term care, and senior living.

Additional Information
This position may require occasional travel and the ability to work extended or irregular hours to support clients across various time zones.
