  • Oversee the installation, upgrade, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user hardware and software, as well as network connections, to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Develop and implement improvement ideas to enhance IT operations.
  • Ensure compliance with the NIST/CMMC System Security Plan for the Defense Business Unit.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in an IT-related field.
  • Knowledge of NIST/CMMC requirements and compliance methods.
  • Experience with creating a corporate desktop Operating System Image.
  • Proven track record of supporting end-users in person, on the phone, or using electronic communication methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing a corporate backup solution.
  • Familiarity with LAN and WAN concepts and configurations, such as routing, VPN, and cabling.
  • Knowledge and use of LINUX OS and PowerShell scripting.
