**Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Provider to join our Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) team. This role will involve delivering clinical services to identified clients, assessing and collecting data from initial assessments and other clinical tools to facilitate treatment planning. Your expertise will be utilized to provide individual, family, and group therapy services, with an emphasis on the program-specific population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop effective treatment plans within agency-set timeframes.
  • Deliver individual, family, group therapy, and case management services as needed.
  • Ensure proper level of service utilization and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular supervision, consultation, and training sessions.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Masters Degree in counseling or social sciences required.
  • Associate License credential (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LICSWA) or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) credential or eligible to obtain LAAC; LAAC also requires two years of supervised experience.
  • Pass WA State Patrol background check. National background check may be required if have not lived in WA state consecutively the last three years.
  • Comply with agency policies and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Able to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Gain access to all types of buildings and residences regardless of handicapped accessibility.

Compensation Package: $32,290 - $39,360 per year based on full-time hours.
