Job Summary:
As a Clinical Care Coordinator RN with Providence Health & Services, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment. This position involves using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized program to obtain an RN license in the State of Washington
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in an acute care setting

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $ $94,824 per annum, commensurate with experience.
