Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our manufacturing site's maintenance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a proactive and reactive maintenance service, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to deliver effective maintenance services, including technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize maintenance operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility, with 2+ years of management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
  • Strong technical capability and understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing and APQP.
  • Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, with a Master's degree in Engineering or MBA a plus.
