About the Job:
As a GIS Data Protection Manager at Bank of America, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our customers' data. This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in data security, compliance, and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop policies and procedures to ensure data protection, and provide training and support to employees on data handling best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of data protection measures into existing systems.
  • Provide training and support to employees on data handling best practices and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection and provide guidance to employees on data-related issues.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $93,700 - $142,500 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is currently benefits eligible.
