Store Manager

Requirements:
  • 5 years prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience in developing high-performing teams and future leaders
  • Commercially astute with the ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve commercial performance
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work to agreed timescales
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in English, both orally and in writing

The pay range for this role is: $112,000 - $131,500. This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The base pay rate offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
