Coffee and Tea Equipment Specialist

At Capitol Coffee Systems, we are seeking a skilled Coffee and Tea Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee and tea equipment at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain coffee and tea equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 200 pounds
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
