CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive and compliant.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Experience in pharmacy management, leadership, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
