• Lead and direct Pharmacy Staff, comprised of staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
• Manage, oversee, and operate all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
• Develop and implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
• Lead with empathy and compassion, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve specified goals and drive growth and improvement in the pharmacy.

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Pharmacist in Charge designation on the pharmacy state license.
• Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator for PMP access.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
