About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years' experience in building automation systems, particularly within critical environments such as data centers and healthcare facilities. You should have expert knowledge of industry-leading control systems and advanced proficiency in overseeing complex HVAC systems, with a focus on automation and control mechanics.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sophisticated automation controls for HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to advanced operational standards in diverse building types.
  • Lead comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting processes to quickly identify and solve complex automation issues, maintaining peak system efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee strategies with facility management teams to optimize system performance, focusing on long-term sustainability and operational cost reductions.
  • Produce and maintain meticulous documentation of all system enhancements, issues, and resolutions to meet rigorous industry compliance standards.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies and manage system upgrades, ensuring integration is smooth and minimally disruptive.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
