Frozen Food Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Frozen Food Sales Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a Frozen Food Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that frozen food products are properly stocked and rotated, and providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that frozen food products are properly stocked and rotated to meet customer demands.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cooler, and backroom.
  • Follow company procedures for handling spoiled and damaged merchandise.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries as needed.
  • Help review orders to manage inventory levels and minimize loss.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
