Job Summary

As a Kitchen Prep at Bob Evans, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of foods, including meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, and vegetables. You will also be responsible for cutting, broiling, sautéing, and frying food items, as well as practicing safe food handling and performing clean up duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for unpacking and organizing received goods in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
