Job Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will oversee various aspects of HR, including recruitment and onboarding/offboarding, asset management, employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation, performance management, and HR policies and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and screening resumes;
  • Facilitating new hire orientation for a seamless onboarding experience;
  • Managing offboarding processes and ensuring smooth transitions;
  • Overseeing the lifecycle and management of company-owned technology assets;
  • Addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and resolving conflicts professionally;
  • Fostering positive workplace relationships and implementing engagement initiatives;
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs;
  • Organizing workshops and evaluating the effectiveness of training efforts;
  • Administering benefits enrollment, changes, and queries;
  • Collaborating with finance for accurate payroll processing;
  • Managing PTO policies and assisting in compensation benchmarking;
  • Coordinating performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting;
  • Supporting managers in improving performance and administering related compensation changes;
  • Developing and communicating HR policies in compliance with laws and regulations;
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance in reporting and audits;
  • Analyzing HR data to provide actionable insights and reports on key metrics;
  • Supporting talent development initiatives and collaborating on career growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus;
  • $45,000 - $55,000 salary.
