Job Summary

As a Security Host at Fine Entertainment Management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. Your primary goal will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while ensuring the well-being and security of everyone on the premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior levels of customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a safe atmosphere for all guests and team members, reporting any incidents or concerns to the Security Director and General Manager.
  • Apply verbal judo concepts in communication with irate or intoxicated guests, de-escalating situations and promoting a positive experience.
  • Ensure that guests are of age by properly checking identification, and enforce FINE Entertainment guest standards of conduct, including dress code.
  • Protect FINE Entertainment property by maintaining crowd activity, controlling the flow of guests, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Actively market social media and FINE Entertainment's smartphone app, promoting the company's brand and services.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Previous experience as Security or Security Host is preferred.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to initiate and engage guests in conversation in a professional manner.
  • Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card and a valid Sheriff's Card issued by the LVMPD Fingerprint Bureau.
  • Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
