Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume guest contact position.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to maintain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent guest service skills and ability to effectively read and interpret documents.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
  • Verify right to work in the United States.
Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often in extreme heat and cold. You will be required to stand, walk, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds. You must also be able to ascend or descend ladders, scaffolding, and ramps, and distinguish shades of color.

This position involves working in an indoor and outdoor environment, which may be smoky and noisy at times.
