Essential Qualifications:
- Upon employment: National Food Handler Card as mandated by State County City Authority.
Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of six months of training or hands-on experience in large-scale food preparation, including estimating food requirements, requisitioning and storing supplies, and understanding the basic principles of dietetics, sanitation, and safety in food handling.
