About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to join our production team at Arcadia Beverage. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate blending of ingredients to create our high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mixing equipment per established procedures to produce high-quality beverages.
  • Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with mixing and staging ingredients, ensuring their accuracy and quality.
  • Visually inspect the quality of each batch before sending samples to the lab for testing.
  • Work to produce a quality product in a safe, clean manner following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Support daily operations by mixing products per the current schedule.
  • Report food safety and quality issues to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of food and/or beverage manufacturing practices.
  • Chemical compounding a plus.
  • Good mathematical skills.
