The Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Technician teams, which play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production operations across various departments, including Packaging, Blending, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:Technicians are tasked with:
- Operating and monitoring production lines to ensure efficiency.
- Executing Change-Overs to maintain workflow.
- Ensuring continuous production flow.
- Aiming to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Upholding the high quality standards expected by our consumers.
Technicians will engage in:
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed production and packaging equipment.
- Utilizing hand and power tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, and grinders.
- Conducting preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Taking initiative to address issues, demonstrate leadership, and continuously enhance equipment and processes.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and good manufacturing practices as outlined in company procedures.
- Being available for overtime as needed.
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and physical examination is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $21.42 per hour
Work Schedule: Night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating schedule.
