- Engage with clients to arrange and confirm service appointments.
- Optimize technician schedules to reduce travel time and enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with Service Technicians to fulfill customer needs.
- Conduct follow-up calls to clients regarding services rendered.
- Manage outbound communications for outstanding account balances.
- Process payments from clients with overdue accounts.
- Utilize Windows-based and web-based systems to track and optimize service routes.
- Reschedule services for unserviced accounts within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Answer incoming customer service inquiries with a welcoming demeanor.
- Employ strong listening and questioning techniques to assess customer concerns and needs.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to empathize with clients.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives as required.
