Compliance Benefits Specialist

Job DescriptionHPI is a renowned industry leader in health and benefit solutions for employers. As a Compliance Benefits Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in drafting ERISA Plan Documents for client's Employee Health & Welfare Benefit Plans.
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting and finalizing Plan Documents, including new documents for new clients and updates for existing clients.
- Drafting and finalizing Amendments to clients' Plans.
- Analyzing and understanding Plan Document language to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze Plan Document language to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to address non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, and Compliance staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of Plan Documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Background in health plan administration, employee benefits communication, or related area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
