Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Job Description
  • Provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization and EP team in the electrophysiology lab.
  • Use imaging equipment to help detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues in patients.
  • Execute noninvasive procedures and review patient history to verify medical orders.
  • Evaluate images to ensure quality and accuracy, and communicate results to physicians.
  • Assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner, maintaining a patient-focused environment.
  • Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
Requirements
  • Current license in good standing.
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
  • Eighteen months of EP lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
