Job Summary
- Provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization and EP team in the electrophysiology lab.
- Assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Use imaging equipment to assist doctors in detecting and treating heart and blood vessel issues.
- Review patient history and verify medical orders.
- Evaluate images and communicate results to doctors.
- Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
Requirements
- Current license in good standing.
- Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
- Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
