Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations:
  Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' skincare needs and aspirations.
  Recommend tailored treatments and procedures suited to individual skin types and conditions.
  Offer expert advice on at-home skincare regimens and product selections.
• Aesthetic Services:
  Deliver a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Client Education:
  Inform clients about the advantages and potential risks associated with various treatments.
  Ensure clients are well-informed about post-treatment care and follow-up procedures.
  Address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Health and Safety:
  Comply with all health and safety protocols within the spa environment.
  Maintain cleanliness and sterility in workspaces, including treatment areas and equipment.
  Implement strict sanitation measures to ensure client safety.
• Customer Care:
  Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
  Build and nurture strong relationships through effective communication and personalized care.
  Manage client inquiries, scheduling, and billing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Professional Growth:
  Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and products in the skincare industry through continuous education.
  Collaborate with the team to share insights and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Valid state Aesthetician license.
• Additional certifications are advantageous.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with optional Saturday hours.
