About Karishma Med Spa & Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aesthetician to join our team as a Skincare Specialist. This is a high-paying commission-based opportunity for an experienced Aesthetician looking to build their clientele and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Skincare Consultations:
    • Conduct thorough skincare assessments to understand clients' needs, concerns, and goals.
    • Recommend appropriate treatments and procedures based on individual skin types and conditions.
    • Provide expert guidance on at-home skincare routines and product recommendations.
  • Aesthetic Treatments:
    • Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and more.
  • Client Education:
    • Educate clients about the benefits and potential risks of treatments.
    • Ensure clients understand post-treatment care instructions and follow-up recommendations.
    • Address any questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Safety and Hygiene:
    • Adhere to all medical spa protocols and safety guidelines.
    • Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, including equipment and treatment rooms.
    • Follow strict sanitation practices to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.
    • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized care.
    • Handle client inquiries, scheduling, and billing accurately and efficiently.
  • Professional Development:
    • Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
  • Valid state Aesthetician license.
  • Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, procedures, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and hygiene.
