Job Title: Digital Governance Program Associate

Eurasia Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Governance Program Associate to support the Foundation's innovative Digital Governance (DG) portfolio in several countries in Eastern Europe.

The successful candidate will contribute to the planning and implementation of EF's digital governance programs, provide substantial support in drafting and reviewing weekly and quarterly narrative reports, and assist with arranging regular program management meetings. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate communication with staff working in Eastern Europe as well as partners and other constituencies, provide administrative support for program-related procurements, and translate contracts and other program documents from Ukrainian to English and vice versa.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in international development, area studies, public administration or other relevant field, and at least two years of work experience required; relevant work experience on eGovernance programs is highly desirable. Work or living experience in Ukraine and/or Eastern Europe strongly preferred. Exceptional writing, editing, and communications skills required, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft 365, social media, and other digital tools required. Familiarity with contract and payment administration strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English required; fluency in Ukrainian strongly preferred.
