Opportunity Overview:

As a key member of our auto body repair team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Execute Repairs: Develop and implement repair plans that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Estimate and Coordinate Work: Prepare accurate cost estimates and coordinate repairs to ensure timely completion.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Inspect vehicles thoroughly and execute repairs using advanced techniques and tools.
  • Welding and Bodywork: Perform welding and bodywork tasks to restore vehicles to their original condition.
  • Presentation and Quality Control: Ensure all work is executed to the highest standards and present vehicles in excellent condition.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer preferred.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in auto body repair; ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively with other team members and communicate clearly with customers.

Compensation Package:

$55,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
