Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  2. Keep our shelves stocked, displays appealing, and store clean.
  3. Upsell and suggest products to customers to enhance their shopping journey.
  4. Champion our brand by encouraging customers to join our loyalty rewards program.
  5. Efficiently manage the cash register and handle transactions with a smile.
  6. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some states).
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
