As a vital member of the Surgical Business Unit, you will contribute significantly to advancing the medical technology sector by enhancing patient care and outcomes. This role is essential for our expanding Surgical division, which is dedicated to delivering top-tier, patient-centric solutions for total joint arthroplasty.

Job Title: Manufacturing Team Supervisor

Reports To: Operations Supervisor

Location: Austin, TX

Business Unit Overview:

Enovis Surgical is driven by a mission to create innovative products that enhance quality of life and restore mobility for individuals suffering from degenerative arthritis. We provide orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty, including advanced patented products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe work environment for team members. Investigate and report any safety incidents or violations, and conduct safety orientation training.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Quality Management System policies. Take ownership of area audits and manage non-conforming material reporting. Ensure training completion and qualification of new employees.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying Enovis Growth Excellence (EGX). Collaborate with leadership to provide input on corrective actions and lead through changes effectively.
  • Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of associates, ensuring operational goals are met. Participate in area inspections to uphold 5S standards and promote teamwork across shifts.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee work order prioritization and completion, ensuring adherence to work-in-progress limits and addressing inventory discrepancies promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods
