Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our team of nurses in a long-term care setting. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and provide clinical leadership to a team of nurses and support staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Ensure staff education and training is up-to-date and meets regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license within state of practice.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a nurse in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Current certifications (variable depending on the facility).
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and standards for long-term care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care and customer service.
