About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team at Reliant Media in Birmingham. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to complete cabling and installation projects, installing, terminating, and testing voice, data, and video cables, maintaining hardware and infrastructure, supervising technicians, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians to complete projects on time and to a high standard
  • Install and test low-voltage cables, CCTV systems, and audio visual equipment
  • Maintain and repair hardware and infrastructure
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in low voltage or construction
  • Experience with CCTV, low-voltage cables, audio visual systems, and access controls
  • Ability to wear proper PPE and lift items up to 75lbs
  • Travel between job sites when required
  • Ability to read building plans and lead team accordingly
