  • Itinerary Creation: Develop detailed itineraries and provide relevant information to crew members and interdepartmental personnel.
  • Flight Tracking: Monitor flights and participate in handling crew schedules.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and personal interactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, billings, and transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Impeccable follow-through, excellent phone etiquette, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Flight Coordinator or in a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the travel or aviation industry, including Part 135 aviation and charter services.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Standing and Walking: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb stairs throughout the day.
