Summary: Seeking a Tool & Die Maker for sharpening, grinding, polishing, and inspecting tooling running in presses, molds, and assembly machines to ensure peak production capacity.

Job Requirements:

• Experience repairing small or large dies/presses (Progressive and/or Transfer)

• Must pass D&B check

Preferred Skills:

• Journeyman level expertise

• Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced environments

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in-press die repair and troubleshooting on various die set designs

• Diagnose and remedy issues on machine tooling; dismantle and replace worn or defective parts

• Set up, adjust, and operate all necessary machine tools for making, altering, or repairing tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, molds, gauges

• Lay out work from samples, blueprints, or sketches; select machines and determine operation sequences

• Assist maintenance in machine repair as needed

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
