Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at South Shore Autism Center LLC. As a key member of our Early Intervention and Community-based team, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and gather session schedules
  • Supervise and manage caseloads of clients
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs and the Clinical Director to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide leadership and training to new Behavior Therapists
  • Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, and professional development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)
  • At least one year of BCBA experience or newly certified BCBA
  • At least three years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • At least three years of experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers
  • Access to two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills
  • Two references from a professional or academic supervisor
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to occasionally lift, transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
