Job Overview:
Koniag Government Services is in search of a skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring effective collaboration among various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to enhance and prioritize the project backlog.
- Organize and plan sprints based on backlog priorities and team performance metrics.
- Assist in the collection of requirements and the development of user stories.
- Promote transparency between the Product Owner and the Scrum team by facilitating communication.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading reviews and retrospectives, integrating lessons learned into future sprints.
- Develop team dashboards and reports to document progress made during each sprint.
- Define the acceptance criteria for user stories to establish a clear definition of done.
- Engage with stakeholders and technical resources to assess user needs and resource constraints.
- Communicate the committed stories for upcoming sprints to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as burndown and burnup charts.
- Proficiently utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to manage project workflows.
- Support additional tasks as directed by management as needed.

Qualifications:
- A Top Secret clearance is mandatory for this position.

Work Environment:
This position is situated in a professional office setting with a predominantly low to moderate noise level. The role involves standard office equipment usage and requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
