About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Coos Bay Hospital. As an Acute Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide lifesaving care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Deliver dialysis treatments, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
