Job Title: Surgical Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RecruitWell. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our Pre-Anesthesia Clinic.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and managing health problems in patients scheduled to undergo surgery or procedures, in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and within the nursing standards of care. This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage health problems in patients scheduled to undergo surgery or procedures
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient health
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Experience in general medicine and surgery desirable
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
