Job Title: Treatment Coordinator

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our mission by educating patients about the importance of oral health and providing personalized support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in open, educational communication with patients to provide an overview of their visit and address their questions or concerns.
  • Assist with patient concierge duties, including greeting patients, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments.
  • Streamline patient visits by proactively preparing Smile Road Maps and pulling necessary information.
  • Initiate patient paperwork for treatment, including employment and insurance documentation.
  • Provide assistance with payment-related questions and process in-office payments.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Concierge to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of Dental office experience highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience highly preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including data entry.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work clinic hours, including Saturdays.
