Job Summary:

The Server Associate provides exceptional customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests at Kisco Senior Living. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to company standards.
  • Greet and escort residents in all dining venues, providing assistance as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu offerings and assist residents with their requests, providing recommendations when necessary.
  • Maintain clean and well-organized dining venues, ensuring proper table settings and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the dining team.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
  • A strong moral compass and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of dining experience, with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
