Job SummaryAs a skilled Master Craftsman, you will work at construction sites performing tasks such as demolition, installation of interior and exterior finishes, and general framing knowledge and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine the scope of work
  • Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed
  • Demolish and install interior finishes, including doors and frames
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as painting and material pickup
  • Resolve conflicts or miscommunication on-site quickly and amicably
  • Operate construction equipment, such as forklifts, as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience, particularly in removing and replacing interior and exterior finishes
  • Must provide own truck and tools
  • Understanding of basic plumbing and electrical systems
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively
  • Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving skills
