We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine physician to join our multi-specialty practice at Fairview Range. As a Family Medicine physician, you will be part of a collaborative team providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages.
About the Role- Work in a primary care setting with the opportunity to perform procedures
- See an average of 18-25 patients per day
- Collaborate with a team of 22+ physicians and 16 NP/PAs in various specialties
- Access to University of Minnesota specialists for questions or phone consults
Fairview Range is an affiliate of M Health Fairview, a partnership of Fairview Health Services, the University of Minnesota, and M Physicians. We offer access to breakthrough medical research and specialty expertise as part of a continuum of care that reaches all ages and health needs.
What We Offer- 4 1/2-day workweek with an expectation of 36 patient contact hours per week
- Primary nursing model with practitioners working primarily with the same CMA/LPN
- Opportunities for physician leadership and growth
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program
- Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
