Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Access Specialist to join our team at AdventHealth Hinsdale. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring patients receive appropriate registration services, including eligibility verification, pre-certification, and financial arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations as needed">
  • Collect copays, deductibles, and co-insurance from patients">
  • Provide personalized estimates of patient financial responsibility">
  • Connect patients with financial counseling or Medicaid eligibility vendors as necessary">
  • Perform cashiering functions, including collections and cash reconciliation">

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
