Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school in the Plymouth, MN area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be familiar with therapy and case management for older students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services to high school and transition program learners
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
- Collaborate with school administrators and staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Manage and maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
- Minnesota SLP license for education settings (PELSB)
