Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Staffing and Training: Work with HR to ensure that all jobs are properly staffed and trained, and that our team members have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Coverage and Scheduling: Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence, and ensure that our team members have a fair and equitable schedule.
  • Disciplinary Action: Take disciplinary action and/or terminate employees when necessary, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met, and correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary.
  • Reporting and Communication: Complete work tickets, send reports to Area Manager, and communicate with team members and clients as needed.
  • Professional Development: Recommend special project work when needed, and complete ongoing education to gain competency in your position.
  • Compliance: Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
