Restaurant Operations Manager

- As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Dunkin', you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by empowering your team to deliver quality food and beverages in a timely manner.
- You will lead by example, holding the guest as your highest priority and role modeling exceptional guest service.
- Monitor and adjust products in the back case according to Dunkin' Donuts merchandising and product appearance standards.
- Ensure service with speed goals are met throughout each shift at Drive Thru and Front Counter, focusing on effective team service.
- Analyze Guest Satisfaction Survey results to recognize achievement and provide coaching and direction to the restaurant team to drive continuous improvement.
- Guard the safety and security of the crew members and guests by proactively identifying and addressing opportunities.
- Ensure the restaurant meets food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Maintain and calibrate restaurant equipment.
- Provide recommendations to ensure guests receive value for the price and pricing is competitive for the market.
- Utilize the Red Book or similar tool to track required documentation.
- Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities to the team to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Profitability:
- Drive sales through effective execution of marketing programs.
- Complete Restaurant Operations Review and Restaurant Food Safety and Sanitation self-assessments each month.
- Review the restaurant environment and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and action plan with the team to achieve operational goals.
- Manage cash over/short through effective cash control procedures.
- Manage labor by effectively scheduling against projected sales, proper delegation, and managing productivity.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed as well as compliance with labor and health laws.
- Ensure all preventative maintenance and cleaning activities occur and address equipment and facility issues in a timely manner.
Additional Job Expectations:
Clear communication with the manager on any scheduling changes.
Time off needs approved by the manager.
Be available to take phone calls for call-offs or any other issues at the store.
Overall Schedule needs approved by manager before it's posted.
If for any reason, you need to leave prior to your scheduled time, the manager needs to be informed.
Be present at the store during high sales times for the days the manager is not there.
Confirm end of shift duties are getting done keeping food safety and corporate standards in mind.
Communicate and follow up on all standards and procedures with other shift leads and verify they are being followed.
