Program Integrator Level 1 Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Integrator Level 1 to support a new prime contract for a Government program that delivers critical technical solutions and products using emerging technologies for processing large amounts of data. The program focuses on commercial cloud technologies, high performance computing, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate program activities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of technical solutions and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate program risks, and develop strategies to address emerging issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to program teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct program reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Four years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three years of directly related experience for a total of seven years may be substituted.
  • Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  • Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
