Job Overview

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching, greeting, and assisting customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs. They will also provide product knowledge, answer questions, and demonstrate new/used vehicles to potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Previous dealership experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a commission-based sales environment
  • High energy levels and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clean and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to submit to a background check
