We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Caregiver to join our team at La Casa Health Care. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with transfers and ambulation throughout the residence
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients, with assistance as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00
